General Manager & Principal Property Practitioner – LWP Properties
I have worked in residential real estate for close to 20 years, starting in property sales and progressing into agency management, training and agent development.
Today, as General Manager and Principal Property Practitioner at LWP Properties, I am involved in the day-to-day running and growth of the business. My role covers everything from supporting and training our agents to improving our systems, monitoring performance and making sure we deliver a professional service to our buyers and sellers.
I believe agents perform at their best when they know what is expected of them, have access to practical training and receive honest support and accountability. Real estate can be a difficult career, particularly in the early stages, and I enjoy helping agents build the habits, skills and confidence they need to create a sustainable business.
I am still very hands-on. I work closely with our agents on their listings, marketing, client relationships, negotiations and the everyday challenges that come with working in property. I also focus strongly on the systems and processes behind the scenes, because good opportunities should never be lost through poor follow-up or a lack of organisation.
For me, building a successful real estate company is not only about increasing sales. It is about developing good people, maintaining high standards and creating an environment where agents can grow professionally and personally.
