Paulshof, Sandton

The leafy suburb of Paulshof is situated just north of the Western Bypass, bordered by Sunninghill to the East and Lonehill to the West.

Known as "The Garden of the North", Paulshof nestles against a nature reserve and backs onto the Leeukop Estate.  Due to this, there is no through traffic and part of the area is boomed off, making it a sought-after location for many buyers.

The suburb offers two nursery schools, a Nova Pioneer primary school and super shops.  Sunninghill Hospital is 3kms away and it's a 5-minute hop onto the highway. 

The accommodation consists of a mix of lovely freestanding homes on good size stands, some small cluster homes and a fair amount of apartment complexes.  There is something for everyone and many people move within the suburb instead of moving on.
